Requirements of Educational Eligibility-
The applicants should be ITI (Indian Trade Institute) Diploma holders in the concerned trade along with one year apprenticeship or 3 years National Apprenticeship Certificate Course for being eligible in the concerned job post. The candidates should be registered with the Employment Exchanges of Tamil Nadu and candidates having good conversation knowledge of Tamil/ any other local language shall be given preference.
Age Requisites:
The maximum age of all the applicants should be 28 years (General Candidates), 31 years (OBC Candidates) and 33 years (SC/ST Candidates) respectively brought into effect from 1st May 2014 for this purpose.

Manner of Short Listing:
The candidates will be required to appear and qualify in the written exam and interview respectively as specified by the selection authority for this purpose. The candidates should qualify the written exam in the prescribed minimum cut off marks and position in the merit list which will be prepared for a limited number of applicants only.
