Essential Pre requisites:
It is mandatory for all applicants to be a Graduation Degree holder in the discipline of Engineering or Technology having specialization in Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunications awarded by a recognized institute or university along with relevant working experience in Research & Development in telecommunications or computer engineering, software applications or in industry manufacturing telecom equipment or in telecom services for not less than 15 years. However, those possessing a Post Graduation or Doctoral Degree shall be preferred.
