Specifics of CMFRI Recruitment 2016 :

Name of the Designation-

i). Technical Assistant

ii). Technician

Number of Vacancies Offered-

i). Technical Assistant : 1 Vacancy

ii). Technician : 12 Vacancies

Details of Salary- INR 5,200/- to INR 20,200/- with Grade Pay INR 2,800/- will be the amount of remuneration offered to applicants selected for the position of Technical Assistant and INR 5,200/- to INR 20,200/- with Grade Pay INR 2,000/- will be the amount of remuneration offered to applicants selected for the position of Technician.

Restriction of Age- Minimum age limit for the above mentioned position is 18 years and maximum age limit for the above mentioned position is 30 years as on the final date for receipt of application.

Educational Eligibility-

a). Technical Assistant : Job seekers should have obtained Graduation degree in Botany / Zoology / Aquaculture / Fisheries from a known University

b). Technician : Job seekers should have passed Matriculation or any other equivalent qualification from a known Board of Education

Application Charges- Application fee is INR 200/- and it should be paid through Demand Draft in the name of ICAR Unit, CMFRI, Cochin. SC / ST category applicants are not liable to pay the application fee.

Mode of Recruitment- Recruitment of job hunters will be based on their performance in the Written Test / Interview.
