Jharkhand CET Exam Pattern 2014
The Government of Jharkhand holds J.C.E.C.E (Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination) for admission in Engineering, Agriculture, BHMS and Forestry programmes at undergraduate level. The notification for admission in various technical and science institutions is made available by JCECE Board through online or offline modes. The admission in the course programmes will be done through entrance test that will be conducted on 27th of Apr, 2014 (Sunday).

Jharkhand CET Exam Pattern:
1. 50 Marks for Physics
2. 50 Marks for Chemistry
3. 50 Marks for Mathematics/Biology
The paper will have an objective type questions comprising of above said areas. 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer while ¼ of mark will be subtracted for wrong answer. The time duration of attempting each section is 1 hour.
JCET Exam Syllabus-2014
The exam syllabus of JCET includes topics from Intermediate level of Science group. The candidates can refer the textbook or reference books regarding preparation for entrance exam.

Overview of Jharkhand CET Exam-2014
The candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics or Biology and Chemistry subjects with minimum of 45% marks from the recognized board may apply for the course programme. The age bar for B.Tech is nil while for admission in Graduation in Agriculture and Forestry, candidates have to be in the age group of 17-22yrs.
IMP NOTE: The candidates who are going to appear for JCET Exam should be residing permanently in the state of Jharkhand.
