Educational qualification/ experience –

Junior Resident – Applicant must have passed MBBS with one year internship

Senior Resident – MD Microbiology, MD/DNB Radiology from a MCI recognized University.

Salary/ pay scale –

Junior Resident – Rs. 15600 to 39100/- on monthly basis with the grade pay of Rs. 6600/-

Senior Resident – Rs. 15600 to 39100/- on monthly basis with the grade pay of Rs. 5400/-

Age limit – Age limit for the Applicants applying for the post is following-

Junior Resident – 32 years

Senior Resident – 35 years

Mode of selection – Selection will be made on the basis of written test and Interview.

National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) has issued the Notification to recruit the applicants in the organization for the post of Programme Co–ordinator (IT & Support systems) and Senior Research Fellow. Applicants who are eligible for the post must go for the Walk in Interview to be conducted on 04 January 2016 and 11 January 2016. (i) Senior Research Fellow.

(ii) Programme Coordinator (IT & Support Systems)

Total Number of Vacancy – Total 02 posts are vacant in the organization, one for each post.

Educational qualification/ experience –

For Senior Research Fellow – Applicant must have passed M.Sc in Life Science (1^st Class) with the experience of 02 years in research in life science – compulsory.

For Programme Coordinator – To apply for this post, applicants must have passed their Masters Degree with the first division. Stream can be MCA/M.Sc. in computer science or B.Tech or B.E. in CS.

Applicant must have experience of minimum 03 years as a database administrator or computer programmer. For more details regarding experience go to the official notification.

Emoluments –

For Senior Research Fellow – Rs, 28000/- + 30% HRA on monthly basis.

For Programme Coordinator – Rs. 48000/- (consolidated) per month.

Age limit –

For Senior Research Fellow – Age limit must be within the age of 35 years.

For Programme Coordinator – Age must not exceed than 40 years as on 01 March 2015.

Mode of selection – Selection will be made on the basis of performance of the Applicants in the Walk in Interview.

Name of Position : Research Associate (RA) and Assistant Coordinator

Requirement for Age : Aspirants must be maximum 30 years of age. Age relaxation will be given to the reserved category candidates.

Requirement for Education :

Research Associate : M.Sc. in Life Science with 1^st Division and Ph.D. in Life Science with relevant experience in Molecular Biology / Genetics / Cancer Biology.

Assistant Co-Ordinator : MA / M.Sc. Degree in Psychology and Proficient in Reading & Writing English and Kannada Language.

Scale of Pay :

Research Associate: Rs. 22,000/- + 30% HRA

Assistant Coordinator: Rs.10, 000/- per month
