Academic Pre requisites:

Candidates willing to apply for this post need to be a Graduation Degree holder in the discipline of Agriculture Sciences or any other concerned branch of Science related to agriculture including Botany, Life sciences, Biochemistry and Chemistry with scores not less than 60% awarded by any accredited institute or university. However, those possessing relevant working experience of a minimum of 2 years in general laboratory techniques in the areas of cytology, microscopy and genomics, will be preferred.

Restriction of Age:

The age of all aspirants, must strictly vary between the pre set age bars of 18 and 30 years as reckoned on 1^st July, 2014. This upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years for SC applicants and 3 years for OBC applicants as per ICAR rules. No age bar for ICAR Employees.

Hiring Criteria:
