The Projects & Development India Limited (PDIL) is a mini ratna-i company rendering specialized services in the design engineering and consultancy to the following industries: Oil & Gas Sector, Allied Chemicals, Refineries, Power Plants, Offsites & Utilities and Fertilizers respectively. The applicants can participate in the different recruitment exams as conducted by the PDIL in the months of June/ July for all eligible candidates only. The vacancies for the Management Trainee are released through an official notification published at the website in April/ May months. The candidates are short listed through the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) in the MT Post available under different streams of engineering including the following: Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering respectively.

The candidates must be having a full time graduate engineering degree in the concerned streams of engineering from any recognized college/ university of engineering in India. The applicants should score a minimum of 60% marks in their qualifying degree exam for being eligible in the post concerned. The applicants selected on the basis of their GATE Scores are called in the Interview for final selections. The admit card are released online for the candidates short listed in the interview at the website of PDIL.
