Passing Marks for Written Exam:
Candidates of OC category are required to get 10 marks, 9 marks for OBC candidates, 8 marks for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories. This is the individual marks that have to be secured by the candidate in each section.
Written Test Syllabus:
The topics ask in the Aptitude Test will covered the syllabus of the related subjects up to High school standard. The overview of the MTS syllabus is given below.
Arithmetic Ability: Number Systems, Decimal & Fraction, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Profit & Loss, Average, Time & Work , Discount, Partnership, Simple Interest, and Time and Distance.
General Knowledge: Freedom Struggle, Current Affairs and Reasoning & Analytical Ability, Indian Geography, Culture & Sports, Indian Economy, General Science, General Polity And Constitution Of India.
English: Synonyms and Antonyms, Conjunctions, Propositions, Tenses, Articles, Verbs, Vocabulary, Proverbs, Sentence Structure, Phrase and Unseen Passage.
