The Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) have recently invited applications in offline modes from all the eligible candidates in the post of Management Trainees (MT). The candidates who possess the desired qualifications for mentioned post should submit their application forms to concerned authority latest by 20th November 2014. The minimum eligibility required for participating in the TNPL Recruitment 2014 is an engineering degree in first class and full time MBA degree passed from recognized universities/ colleges of India.
The selections shall be done for the post of Management Trainees through written exam conducted for this purpose on specified dates only.

1. Management Trainee (MT): 2 Posts
2. Deputy General Manager (Marketing): 1 Post and
3. Assistant General Manager (Marketing): 3 Posts
Total Vacancy: 06 Posts
Location of Work: Chennai, Delhi & Mumbai
Scale of Pay/ Income:
1. For MT: Rs 18000 pm (1st year stipend); Rs 20250 pm (2nd year stipend); after training Rs 13000- Rs 16000
2. For Deputy General Manager (Marketing): Rs 44000- Rs 55200
3. For Assistant General Manager (Marketing): Rs 35500- Rs 47500

Eligibility Rules:
The candidates should have the minimum educational qualification as specified for the posts mentioned. The minimum educational qualification required for the post of Management Trainee is an engineering degree in first class passed along with a full time PG Diploma in Marketing management / MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree with a minimum of 65% marks obtained in aggregate.

Age Bar:
The maximum ages of all candidates applying shall be restricted to the following: 46 years for DGM (Marketing); 43 years for AGM (Marketing); and 25 years (MBC: 27 years; SC/ST: 30 years & BC: 25 years) for MT posts respectively brought into effect from 1st November 2014.
Experience Required:
Minimum 24 years post qualification experience for DGM (Marketing) post and 21 years for AGM (Marketing) post only.
Selection Procedure:
Those candidates who possess the specified eligibility for all the posts mentioned should appear for interview/ any other exam as may be conducted for concerned recruitment.

Years of post qualification experience (as on 01 Feb-2014) for the post of Officer (Stores) (Multilayer Packing Board Plant) & Officer (Stores), and
Bachelors of Engineering Degree or Bachelors of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology for the post of Assistant Manager (Chemical) for LSFM.
