Uttarakhand University invites applicants twice every year for admission to its Winter and Summer session programmes offered at its University. As specified in its authorized gateway- uou.ac.in , the admissions are open for the Winter Session, 2014. Admission Procedure:
The admission of applicants looking forward for the aforesaid programmes will be made completely through a Written Admission Test held by the University. Eligible and deserving candidates would be shortlisted on the grounds of their merit attained in this Admission Test. Aspirants, who fail to appear or qualify this Admission Test, would not be entitled for admission under any circumstances.
Application Procedure:
All keen and qualified aspirants are supposed to download the respective application formats from the links available on its official website- uou.ac.in . Applicants meeting the prescribed eligibility requirements are only allowed to send their duly filled applications to the University. Fill all the details required on the application form in BLOCK letters in your own hand writing. Applicants must make sure that all the details provided by them is authentic and verified. Affix your recent color passport size photograph in the space allotted for the same. Check for errors, if any carefully and finally forward the appropriately filled application form to the prescribed address along with all relevant enclosures within the announced last date of 31st May, 2014 via speed or registered post.

Basic Requirements:
Certificate Programmes– Students must have cleared their Higher Secondary Examination or Bachelors for admission to such Diploma courses under any accredited Board of Education or university.
Postgraduate Programmes- Students must be in possession of their Graduation degree in the relevant discipline under any accredited Institute or university.
Undergraduate Programmes- Students must have cleared their Higher Secondary Examination or 10+2 from the relevant stream for admission to these courses.
