Airports Authority of India (AAI) was constituted by an Act of Parliament and came into being on 1st April 1995 by merging erstwhile National Airports Authority and International Airports Authority of India. Airport Authority of India issued recruitment notification for the post of Member (Human Resource).

Age bound: Interested aspirants must have age between 45yrs to 58yrs for internal employees, 57yrs for others and superannuation age is 60yrs.
Education Qualification: Contenders must possess good marks throughout the education and graduation from any well known university is mandatory and should have Post Graduation degree / diploma in MBA or Personnel Management (specialization in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations as an optional subject or degree in law / industrial engineering).
Assortment Ground: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance given by aspirants in the Interview.
