CDS Application Form 2015
CDS (Combined Defence Services) is an exam which is conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). UPSC conducts this CDS (Combined Defence Services) exam every year in order to recruit job aspirants in the field of Defence of the country India. The job aspirants all those who aspire to make their career with the Indian Defence sector after completing their Graduation Degree have to give CDS exam. UPSC conducts CDS for appointing job aspirants in the institutions such as Officers Training Academy, Indian Military Academy, Air Force Academy, and Naval Academy. Minimum Eligibility Criteria: –
i) The job aspirants must be an Indian national.
ii) The job aspirants can be a subject of Nepal, or Bhutan
iii) A Tibetan refugee with who migrated to India before 1st January 1962.
iv) A person of Indian origin who migrated from Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Burma, Vietnam, or East African countries with an intention of permanently living cum settling in India.
v) The job aspirants must have completed Graduation from an authorized University or an Institute. For Navy Academy and Air Force Academy the job aspirants must have done B. E. or B. Tech.
vi) The job aspirants must not be married.
Age Bar: –
i) Indian Military Academy: –
19 years to 24 years
ii) Naval Academy: –
19 years to 22 years
iii) Air Force Academy: –
19 years to 23 years
iv) Officers’ Training Academy: –
19 years to 25 years
Procedure of Applying for UPSC CDS exam 2015: –
The job aspirants all those who are willing to apply can follow these simple steps as follows: –
i) First of all the job aspirants have to open the official web page of UPSC exams, i.e. upsconline.nic.in/mainmenu2.php#
ii) Then the job aspirants have to click on the link named as “Part I Registration – Click here”.
iii) On doing so a new page will open as upsconline.nic.in/guideline.php?exam_code=CDSII&year=2015¬ice_no=12/2015-CDS-II¬ice_date=25-07-2015
iv) Then the job aspirants have to read the instructions carefully and click on the tab “Yes” for further procedure.
v) A new page will open as www.upsconline.nic.in/tpform1.php#agree where the job aspirants have to fill the complete details such as name, date of birth, address, etc in the space provided for it.
vi) On doing so, the system will generate a unique registration ID which will be specific for every job aspirants.
vi) Like this the job aspirants have to proceed by filling each stages of the application form.
v) If the job aspirants have already registered themselves and want to continue from the place where they left the application form the previous time, they can then straight away continue by clicking on “Part II Registration click here” https://upsconline.nic.in/PartII_Submit.html
It is to be noted that the appointment in CDS (Combined Defence Services) is solely on the discretion of Services Selection Board (SSB).
