The Dr Harisingh Gour University will be inviting applications from aspiring students for admissions in its new academic year 14-15 in the month of March, 2014. The University will most possibly carry out UGET and PGET in the last week of May, 2014 for admission to a range of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes for the upcoming academic year 2014-15. Applicants will be chosen for admission in accordance to their merit in UGET and PGET, conditional on authentication of eligibility in the respective programme applied by the aspirants. B.A./B.Com/BBA/B.Sc/BCA/B.Pharm/B.A.-LL.B (Hon)/B.Ed Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination securing at least 50% marks in aggregate in their qualifying examination 22 years
B.A.-LL.B (Hon five years) Law Integrated Degree Course 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized institution/board of state /Govt of India or outside or equivalent. 20 years
BCA Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. 22 years
M.Tech (Applied Geology) Graduation with Geology as one of the subjects securing an aggregate of 50% marks. 27 years
M. Pharm Graduation in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with 60% or 5.4 CGPA marks with valid GPAT qualified score. 27 years
MCA Graduation degree of 3 years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level. 27 years
LLM LL.B (3 years) after graduation or five years LLB under 10+2+5 pattern duly recognized by the Bar Council of India and securing a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in the LL.B degree. 35 years
M. Ed Graduation followed by B.Ed or B.Sc-B.Ed or B.A.-B.Ed (4 years Integrated course) at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent. 35 years
M.Sc / M.A. / M.Com / MBA / MJC / M.Lib.I.Sc Graduation or equivalent securing at least 50% or CGPA not less than 4.0 in 10 point grade scale (0-9) or equivalent marks in the qualifying exam. 27 years

Admission Method:

The admission of applicants will entirely be based on the marks obtained in the University’s Entrance Exam (UGET and PGET) conducted at various centers across the country. Applicants, who do not attend this Entrance exam, will be disqualified from the admission procedure. Eligible applicants will be shortlisted on merit base only and will be called for counseling after assessment.

Application Procedure:

-Candidates fulfilling the respective eligibility criterions can download their application form from- dhsgsu.ac.in.

-After filling of this form, applicants are supposed to pay the non refundable prescribed Application fee charged by the University through a bank Challan which will be available on the official website after the issue of admission advertisement.

-After successful payment of the fee, candidates should enclose their completed forms with attached photographs along with the Challan copy and copies of other vital credentials required and sent it to this address before the scheduled last date:-
