The candidates applying for the post of Management Trainee and Graduate Engineering Trainee should be Post Graduate in Management having specialization in either of the following: Sales and Marketing /Finance with at least 60% marks scored in High School and Intermediate Examinations for this purpose.

Selection Process:
The candidates shortlisted on the basis of eligibility conditions and interview exam will be required to go through a comprehensive management training programme of a minimum one year duration which includes training modules to be cleared on the specified topics as given in the program. Candidates qualifying in the training program will be promoted as Manager and Executive Posts for Management Trainee and Graduate Engineer Trainee posts respectively.
