ITBP Recruitment 2014 announced for Constable Posts

The Indo Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) under Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an official notification for the recruitment of eligible male Indian candidates in the post of Constables. The recruitment will be filling about 544 vacant seats in the post concerned in the border districts of Kargil in Jammu & Kashmir and Leh respectively. Those applicants who are eligible and interested to apply for the concerned recruitment should go through the details regarding application and selection from the information as given here below.

The applicants in order to get selected in the post of Constables must participate in the recruitment rally scheduled to be held from 27^th October 2014 to 31^st October 2014 in the border districts of Leh and Kargil. The final selections will be subject to the eligibility specified and performances in the examinations held for this purpose.

Educational Criteria:

The applicants must be at least Matriculation/ Class 10^th passed from any recognized boards of secondary education in India.

Age Boundation:

The applicants should be having their ages ranging between 18-23 years brought into effect from 1^st August 2014 for this purpose. The candidates who deserve relaxations in their upper age limits shall be granted as per the rules framed by government in this respect.

Manner of Selection:

The selections of all the candidates shall be done based on the following tests in the recruitment rally: Height Bar Test, Race (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Document Verification (DV), Biometric Verification, Written Test, Merit List and Medical Examination respectively.

Applying Procedure:

The candidates are required to appear in the recruitment rally on the dates specified in order to apply for it. The applicants must carry all their necessary documents to be attached with the application forms. These include all the educational mark sheets and certificates, date of birth certificate, caste certificate, and domicile certificate, discharge certificate for ex-servicemen and no- objection certificates respectively. Candidates must arrive at the specified venue within time to participate in the tests.

ITBP Recruitment Application Form 2014 Details of Applying Procedure

The Indo Tibetan Border Police Force has invited applications for the recruitment of Constables (Tradesman) to fill the 32 vacant seats under this position. The recruitment has been announced through an official notification released on the official website of the ITBP for this purpose. The candidates interested and eligible to apply for the concerned post should do so before 15^th May 2014 in the manner as described here below.

The recruitment covers the following trades under its ambit: Tailor, Gardener, Cobbler, Water Carrier, Safai Karamchari, Cook, Washerman and Barber respectively. The recruitment is open for all the eligible Indian Nationals through written exam and interview respectively.

Applying Methodology:

The candidates should apply offline in the manner as prescribed in the official notification for this purpose. The proforma of application forms and admit cards are available in the advertisement for the applicants to download at the website.

Dos and Don’ts of the Application Forms:

1. The candidates should make their application on a plane paper as per the proforma format

2. Use only blue/ black ball point pens to fill your application forms

3. Affix your recent passport size photograph in the application forms

4. Candidates must fill their application forms in a clean and clear hand writing mentioning all the details as required for this purpose.

Application Fee:

The candidates should pay the application fee of the requisite amount in the form of CRFS (Central Recruitment Fee Stamps) available in any of the Nationalized Post Offices of India for this purpose.

The candidates must attach the date and stamp of the issuing post office in their application forms to complete their registration process.
