How to Apply:
Interested and qualified aspirants who fulfill the entire criteria of eligibility may get the Application Form as well as the Prospectus from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research campus on payment of the announced application fee by cash or through a DD. After obtaining the forms, applicants need to forward the duly filled in form to the prescribed on or before the last date of receiving forms. Applications received after the last date, will not be accepted.
Applicants will be admitted into their desired programme on the basis of their merit obtained in an entrance test, conducted by the JIPMER. Shortlisted candidates will thereon be called or counseling/ interview round if necessary. Thus, aspirants who do not qualify or appear in this exam successfully will not be admissible in the Institute.
Criteria of Eligibility:
Undergraduate Programmes- Applicants must have cleared their Intermediate or 10+2 examination for admission to these courses.
PG Diploma Programmes- Applicants must be in possession of their Masters/ Post Graduation Degree in the relevant discipline under a recognized institute or University.
Postgraduate Programmes- Applicants must be in possession of their Graduation degree in the relevant discipline under any recognized Institute or university.
Diploma Programmes– Applicants must have cleared their Intermediate or Graduation for admission to such certificate courses.
