Number of Vacant Positions-

i). Scientist-D : 1 Vacancy

ii). Scientist-B : 9 Vacancies

Details of Emolument- INR 15,600/- to INR 39,100/- with Grade Pay INR 7,600/- is the pay scale for the position of Scientist-D and INR 15,600/- to INR 39,100/- with Grade Pay INR 5,400/- is the pay scale for the position of Scientist-B.

Age Bar- Maximum age limit for an applicant is 50 years for Scientist-D position and 35 years for Scientist-B position.

Educational Eligibility-

i). Scientist-D : Post Graduation degree in any stream of Earth Sciences or any other qualification equivalent to it from a known University, with experience of 7 years

ii). Scientist-B : Post Graduation degree in any stream of Earth Sciences or any other qualification equivalent to it from a known University, Research experience / Ph.D in the concerned area of ESSO-NCESS activities
