The Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences conducts its annual semester examinations every year through the common entrance exam as conducted under different courses available under different disciplines. The main courses offered by the institute include the following: Broad Speciality (MD/ MS/ DNB), Super Speciality (DM/ M.Ch/ DNB), Post Doctoral Certificate Courses, Bachelor of Science (Nursing), Master of Science (Nursing), Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Master o Physiotherapy (MPT), Master in Hospital Management (MHM), PG Diploma Courses in Para Medical Sciences and Clinical Research and PG Courses on Diabetes respectively.

Admissions to the specified courses of institute are done on the basis of the common entrance test conducted for this purpose. The university recently invited the applications to the M.Sc Nursing, MPT and PG Para Medical Diploma Courses online at the website of NIMS. The candidates were required to submit their applications latest by 30th September 2014. Those applicants wishing to participate in the institute admission tests must download their admit cards online as specified here below.
Admit Card Online Downloading Procedure for Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences Entrance Examinations 2014:-
a) The applicants who will be participating in the NIMS Entrance Examinations 2014 must log on to website nims.edu.in.
b) Check the “Admissions” page of website from the home page of mentioned website.
c) The candidates can also check the “Latest” section of website as made available on the website home page.
d) Download and save the admit card in soft copy if available online for download.
e)Print the admit card downloaded online in the above specified manner.
The admit cards for NIMSET (Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences Entrance Test) shall be issued also through email as provided at the time of registration by all the candidates. The candidates can also collect it from the concerned department of institute by hand.
