Punjab Engineering College Admission Form 2014 Details of Application and Selection Process

The Punjab Engineering College (PEC) invites admission to its different under graduate courses in engineering and technology through the JEE Main Exam 2014 respectively for all the eligible applicants. The candidates can avail their online admission forms from the website of the Punjab Technical University at ptu.ac.in. Punjab Engineering College Admission Form 2014:

The candidates who have qualified the Joint Engineering Entrance Exam 2014 should apply online from the specified university websites in the manner as given here below.

The candidates should pay the counseling fee of Rs2000 by clicking on the “Online Counseling –Payment” links. The candidates must choose their courses of admission –“B.Tech” and then enter their JEE Main Roll Number to generate their online application forms for admission. The candidates will be required to enter the following details in their admission forms:

Name of the applicant; E-Mail ID; DOB (Date of Birth); Father’s Name; Address of the Applicant; Contact Details of Applicant; State and City etc.

Application Fee Payment Modes:

The candidates should pay their application fee in the either of the following modes:

a) Online Modes of Payment:

The candidates can pay the required application fee through the Internet Banking using Debit card/ Credit Cards for this purpose.

b) Offline Modes of Payment:

The candidates can pay the required amount of fee through the cash payment in any of the following Banks:

1. HDFC (Housing and Development Finance Corporation)

2. IDBI (Industrial and Development bank of India)

3. AXIS Bank and

4. SBOP (State Bank of Patiala)

States for making payment through the above mentioned Banks include the following:

Himachal Pradesh; Uttar Pradesh; Punjab; Rajasthan; Gujarat; Chandigarh; Jammu & Kashmir; Delhi and Bihar respectively

The candidates will be strictly admitted on the basis of the merit and cut off as required by the Colleges participating in the counseling. The candidates shall be allotted seats in the entrance exam in multiple rounds as per the vacant seats in each college
