The Visva Bharati University invites admissions every year in the different courses available through the common university entrance exam, popularly called as Visva Bharati Common Admission Test (VBCAT). The admission test, VBCAT, provides admission to students in the following courses: BA I (Bengali & Sanskrit), BA II (Hindi, Odisha & Santali), BA III (English & European Studies), BA IV (Chinese, Japanese, Tibetan & Persian), BA V (AIHCA, History, Comp. Religion & Philosophy), BA VI (Economics, Geography, Social Work & BA (Mathematics)), BSG-I (Agriculture), BSC I (Botany & Zoology), BSC II (Physics & Chemistry) BSC III (Computer Science, Mathematics & Statistics) respectively.

The applicants wishing to enroll in the university entrance examination should download their admit cards online as per the procedure given below. The VBCAT (Visva Bharati Common Admission Test) 2014 was conducted on 18^th May 2014 and the admit cards were issued offline to all the eligible candidates.

Downloading Criteria for Visva Bharati University Admit Cards 2014-

1) The applicants who have to appear in the Visva Bharati University Entrance Exams should visit the website visvabharati.ac.in.

2) Go to the Admissions Page of the website from the top menu bar available at home page.

3) Choose the course of entrance exam for which you have to download admit cards.

4) Enter all the required details of exam in downloading window for accessing admit cards online.

5) Save and take print outs for the Visva Bharati University Admit Cards in the manner as specified above.

The applicants can also download results for the VBCAT 2014 as it has been already declared at the website online.
